Adult Trips and Tours

Our popular trips for adults 50+ offer fun and casual day. Destinations vary from mountains, Puget Sound waters, and overnight destinations. We now offer hiking opportunities and an afternoon of gaming fun to keep you busy with old and new friends.

Trips include admission fees and transportation in a standard passenger van. We will depart from the Lakewood Community Center where you will meet your driver(s). 

Bring money for food or pack your own unless otherwise noted. Overnight trips may be refunded up to 30 days prior to departure. For special requests please call 253-798-4141.

Above the Trees - TreeHouse Point Tour

Come along as we venture to Fall City where peace and tranquility await. TreeHouse Point Retreat Center is nestled along the Raging River with eight different tree houses high above the tree line. The tour will take approximately 1.5 hours. On our way home we will stop for a late lunch at the Roadhouse Restaurant in Fall City. Please note the tour is not wheelchair or walker friendly and there is no opportunity for sitting. Pre-registration is required by August 1st. Haunted Ghost Walk in Historic Port Gamble

Ever watched a paranormal show on TV and wanted to go on an investigation yourself? Here is your chance. On this adventure we will head to Port Gamble and tour the town’s history of the paranormal.  Take a peek inside the Walker-Ames House, the General Store, and even the site of the town’s cemetery. Bring a flashlight, camera, meters, and make sure to dress warm. We will stop in Silverdale for dinner at the Sliver City Brewery. Bring money for food and memorabilia. The port of Tacoma is a major seaport and rated in the top ten U.S. container ports that focuses on efficiency, reliability, and customer service. Seattle's One & Only Chocolate Factory

We are heading to South Center for The Experience Chocolate Tour at Seattle’s Chocolate factory. Taste a variety of chocolate delicacies, explore on a 9 ½ foot high hot pink raised walkway, watch the machines pour out chocolate goodness, and learn the history of chocolate.
