PIERCE COUNTY FERRY RIDER INFORMATION - Commuter Passenger Ticket Refunds
September 25, 2008

Due to ticketing system constraints, commuter passenger tickets must be turned in for a refund before the printed expiration date. Refunds requested after the printed expiration date can not be honored.

Tickets purchased at the Kiosk or on-line must be refunded through Pierce County by contacting Mary Tungsvik at (253) 798-4638. Tickets purchased at the Steilacoom Dock will be refunded by the cashiers.
