Environmental Services Building
Chambers Creek Regional Parks hosts a variety of rentals at the Environmental Services Building, in the Central Meadow and along the Soundview/Grandview Trail system.
Located at Pierce County's Chambers Creek Regional Park the Environmental Services Building is a unique and wonderful setting for your wedding, reception, party or retreat. The facility includes a large meeting space, an outdoor courtyard, catering kitchen and a lobby area. The outdoor courtyard features a covered patio and a lawn with spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains.
Please review the information below. If you would like to schedule a time to view the facility, please send an email to set up a time for a viewing. The building is available to view Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Rental Information
Wedding Rental Policy

Retreat/Meeting Rental Policy

Approved Caterers
- Caterers approved to serve at the ESB have provided us with the necessary information, including liquor liability insurance where applicable.
Rental Form
- To make a reservation, fill out the rental form and send to the Parks & Recreation Department.
- Reservations are confirmed when we receive your deposit.

Central Meadow Rental Information
Central Meadow at Pierce County's Chambers Creek Regional Park features an 11-acre manicured lawn with panoramic views that include Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and Chambers Bay golf course.
It is an ideal location for planned outdoor events such as family reunions, weddings and parties as well as a staging area for walks and runs on the trail system at Chambers Creek Regional Park.
