Each year it is exciting to see neighborhoods and families put together their own teams and finish the season with a trophy. You do not need to be on a team to participate. Events include 50-3200m races, softball throw, shot put, running long jump and the high jump.

Ribbons are awarded for the top six competitors in each division in each event. Also, team trophies are awarded at the end of the season to the top scoring teams.

The program is open to participants of all ages and is held on Wednesdays through June and July. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. and the meets start at 5 p.m. An entry fee of $7 per person will be charged for each meet or a season pass may be purchased for $35.

Season Pass

Our 2013 season pass offers great benefits. For just $35 you will be able to participate in all meets and not wait in long lines at check-in.

Purchase your pass before the meets begin and it will be available for pick up on the first meet or purchase your pass at the track during registration on the second and third meet.

For an application, contact Pierce County Parks at (253) 798-4177 or indicate 'Track Season Pass' on our comment form.

New Coaches Team Tracking fee:

  • $20/team larger than 40 participants
  •  $10/team small than 39 participants

All teams participating in the overall season standings must pay and be registered by June 26. Team registrations will not be processed after June 26. Any team who would like to participate may do so but their points will not be recorded or counted unless the Team Tracking fee is paid.
