About the Project
The Puyallup River Executive Task Force was created in 2008 as a regional forum for flood control issues. Participants include representatives from all cities and towns along the river, as well as the Puyallup Tribe of Indians and several state and federal agencies. The Task Force met approximately quarterly and had an oversight role on many regional planning, regulatory and funding issues.
The functions fo the Task Force have been assigned to the Flood Control Zone District's Advisory Committee. For more information, visit the Flood Control Zone District's webpage.
