The Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) is a six-year plan for financing capital improvements that support the County's current and future population and economy. The plan is updated annually to reflect changes in population, facility needs, availability of funding, and other reasons. The annual update is reviewed concurrent with the Pierce County Budget and is generally available for public review in mid-September of each year. Information regarding the 2008 update follows:
