Question: I SUBMITTED AN OPEN SPACE EXEMPTION APPLICATION, WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ADJUSTMENT?

Answer: Applications made by December 31st will be approved or denied for the following year, for taxes due the year after that. For example; application is made in November 2000.
