2009 Voter Pamphlet Submittal FormsFor Jurisdictions Includes a list of all 2009 Election dates, Resolution deadline dates, mandatory forms (pdf is a fillable form), instructions, and contact information. An original, signed resolution must also be submitted. No copies or faxes of the resolution will be accepted.
*A Special Election to validate an excess levy or bond issue may be called at any time (except between the first day of filing through the General Election Certification) to meet the needs resulting from fire, flood, earthquake or any other act of God. (Reference RCW 29A.04)
