Terms are according to the Opening Statement of Sale. A copy of the Opening Statement of Sale and the Bid Sheet containing description of the personal property to be sold, together with the opening bid thereon, will be provided at my office at 615 S 9th St, Ste 100, Tacoma WA 98405 after Sept 21, 2009.

The County makes no other covenant than merchantable title to the personal property, and the personal property is sold on an 'as is' and 'where is' basis.

The County may adjourn and continue the auction from day to day by public notice at the time and place designated for the sale.
