The Revenue Division is responsible for the treasury management function of Pierce County and for collecting payments due to the County.
Primary functions include:
- Maintaining the bank accounts of the County.
- Investing surplus cash of the County and its junior taxing districts.
- Issuing the short and long term debt of the County.
- Paying the principal and interest due on outstanding bonds and notes of the County and its junior taxes districts.
- Redeeming warrants issued by the County and its junior taxing districts.
- Maintaining cash, investment, and debt service accounting records for its junior taxing districts.
- Processing Unclaimed Property.
