At over 930 acres the Chambers Creek Properties is one of the largest public landholdings in the Puget Sound Region. Development of the Chambers Creek Properties is guided by the Chambers Creek Properties Master Site Plan.

The Master Site Plan is bringing the land back to the public after over 100 years of closure through reclamation of 650-acres of gravel mines and restoration of urban forest.
