Cold box/continental breakfast, lunch or snacks may be served by the approved user without requiring the use of an approved caterer. No potlucks.
An approved caterer must be used if the event will require the heating or serving of hot foods or due to the size and nature of the event. The caterer must remain on site to supervise the serving of food during the event.
The County maintains a list of approved caterers that have proven their ability to stage food service at the ESB. Proof of ability includes a current business license, valid Health Department catering permit, marketing materials describing their services, an on-site orientation at ESB, and willingness to follow ESB policies.
