Our Mission
The mission of the Facilities Management Department is two-fold:
1. cost effective provision of safe, clean and pleasant facilities and work environments, and
2. preservation of value of County real property assets.
About Us
The Facilities Management Department manages County-owned facilities and real property. There are three divisions within the department: Construction, Maintenance and Real Property Management.
Real Property manages county-owned and tax title properties, leased facilities and associated leases, parking lot management, property acquisitions, property dispositions, and timber management.
