RSN Regional Support Network
Pierce County Social Services
Pierce County Social Services Regional Support Network (RSN) manages consumer data and provides reporting in mental health services to DSHS. The application is installed in provider's offices and they access the RSN database for consumer case management history remotely.
AIM Aging Information Management
Pierce County Aging & Long Term Care
Service delivery tracking by consumer with demographics, including reporting for state and national requirements and subcontractor monitoring.
POPS Purchase Order Payable System
Pierce County Budget & Finance
POPS allows electronic entry of requisitions and instant access to bid prices. Approvals are given electronically, and the effects of a purchase are immediately posted to financial accounts.
ISDB Information Services Data Base

ISDB is County-wide computer software/hardware inventory and associated cleaning/repair records.
CFMS Construction Fund Management
Pierce County Public Works
Construction fund tracking by project using road number, beginning milepost, and ending milepost. Includes reporting for state and federal requirements.
EPIP Electronic Property Information Profile
Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer
Provides web access to selected tax and parcel information for the public.
RASCAL Realware Ascend Application
RAMS Recruitment and Applicant Management System
Pierce County Personnel
RAMS tracks all parts of the County hiring process from the initial job opening request through the recruitment process and arrival of applications to producing ranked candidate lists and showing final hired information.
RMIS Risk Management Information System
Pierce County Risk Management
RMIS tracks insurance claims against Pierce County. RMIS stores information on insurance claim types, claimants, insurance payments, and policy holders. A variety of reports can be created for claims activities, disbursements, and experience.
TRAIN Training
Pierce County Information Technology Department
TRAIN allows management of internal training programs including functions for registration, class evaluation, student transcripts and billing.
TimeTrak
Pierce County Information Technology Department
TimeTrak allows staff to enter information about how they spend their time each day. This information is used for charge-back reporting, project hours allocations, and management analysis.
LINX Legal Information Network Exchange
Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney, Assigned Counsel, and Superior Court
LINX is currently used to manage criminal cases at the Superior Court level. LINX is being enhanced to incorporate Civil, District Court, and Juvenile Court cases. Each department has their own application working with the shared data; stringent security assures that each department protects their own confidential information.
