The Juvenile Division of the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office is located at Remann Hall, 5501 Sixth Avenue, Tacoma, Remann Hall. The Hall contains its own courtrooms and detention facility, as well as probation and other services. Each case will have a victim advocate assigned by the Prosecutor's Office to assist victims with all types of cases. These advocates provide support and information through the criminal justice process. Advocates also provide case status, assistance with restitution requests, and referrals to other community agencies. If you are a victim of a juvenile offender the following information may be useful.

Juvenile offenders, or 'respondents', are offenders under the age of eighteen. Their cases will typically remain in the juvenile justice system and be prosecuted at Remann Hall. In specific circumstances, the law may require that the juvenile be sent to adult court for prosecution. If this occurs, victims will be notified.
