Pierce County Public Works and Utilities is seeking a tenant to operate restaurant/grill and banquet/catering service at the Tacoma Narrows Airport. The facility is located at 1208 26th Ave. NW, Gig Harbor, WA. The lease site is approximately 3,200 sq. ft. total, and consists of 5 areas: a commercial kitchen, a hostess/reception area, space for indoor service and seating, a separate loung/bar area and an adjacent, semi-enclosed patio for additional seating, as weather permits.
The kitchen includes basic equipment and allows for the addition of the specialty items that the individual tenant will require. Existing equipment consists of

The restaurant seating/serving and bar area has a legal occupancy load of 90 persons. An additional service and prep area may be required; the actual number of seats achieved may be less. The adjoining patio provides outdoor seating that is sheltered from aircraft traffic.
Monthly water service is provided by the landlord (Pierce County). The tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, any communications services and additional garbage pickups of the existing dumpster. Tenant is responsible for all on-premises janitorial and maintenance services, including the routine service of the HVAC, fire suppression and hood system, and sanitary sewer system (grease trap). There are approximately 50 shared public parking spaces available to serve the restaurant area.
