  • Engineering: The roadway alignment designs are being finalized, we're in the process of designing lighting, traffic signal systems, the enclosed storm drainage system, storm water treatment and storage facilities and finalizing details for walls, guardrail, and driveways. We anticipate construction of improvements to the intersection of 176th Street East/22nd Avenue East to be the first phase of construction in late 2009.
  • Land: Right of way plans are approved and we're now preparing appraisals for the needed property and easements. When the appraisals are complete, we expect to send offer letters to the affected property owners. We are accelerating the acquistion of needed property and easements at the intersection of 176th Street East and 22nd Avenue East.

  • September 2007 to November 2010: Begin acquiring right-of-way property and easements.
