Word on the Street: Improvements to Sehmel Drive NW (from 78th Avenue NW to Burnham Drive NW)

What's Happening
We're assessing the need for paved shoulders along one or both sides of Sehmel Drive NW from 78th Avenue NW to Burnham Drive NW (CRP 5705). Improvements that may be considered include:

• Providing paved shoulders to accommodate pedestrians between Burnham Drive NW and the proposed Homestead Park at 78th Avenue NW.
• Installing storm drainage piping and constructing storm water treatment facilities.

• Engineering: The Preliminary Engineering Phase of the project has been completed. The project is on hold until additional funding is allocated.
