An agreement (contract) between Pierce County and Pierce County Recycling, Composting, and Disposal, LLC (doing business as LRI) to provide for the handling and disposal, recycling, composting, or other disposition of all solid waste generated by residents and businesses in the Pierce County Solid Waste Disposal Services Area.
