Construction of Phase 2 is complete. Irrigation will be completed in Spring 2008. The construction of Phase 3 is currently undergoing and it is anticipated to be constructed in Summer 2008.

The Phase 4 project where the intention is to combine the two creek channels between the Brookdale golf course and 138th Street E may be deferred until more properties are purchased and landowner support is greater. The Clover Creek Council also feels that combining the channels is not as high a priority as other work along the creek such as the areas downstream of the recently constructed projects, mainly the paved channel downstream of A Street all the way to Spanaway Loop Road. Phase 5 where the intention is to replace the culvert at 138th Street E may still be considered as presented in the Clover Creek Basin Plan. A formal decision has not been made at this time but the Surface Water Management Division does agree that deferring Phase 4 makes sense because we still are lacking a critical mass of adjacent property owner support.
