Free Covid-19 Mobile Testing
Mobile testing stations are in the community so people can get tested for COVID-19. These tests are free. Identification is not required. On-site staff can help you register. Results are available in five to seven days. Complete one form for each person getting tested.
You should get tested if you experience fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle pain, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or if you were close to a person with COVID-19 or attended a gathering with many people.
To make the process go faster, please bring a smartphone or tablet with you to sign up for the test. Field staff will help you sign up. Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone or other device. Staff can still help you get signed up at the site.
Test results can take five to seven days to become available. Positive tests are prioritized for notification.
If you have not heard your results after the seven days have gone by, call 1-833-723-0490.
Location: 3003 107th St S., Lakewood, 98499
