Probation supervision is the primary program provided by the Pierce County District Court Probation Division in its support of the judges of Pierce County District Court. Supervision involves interviewing, referral and reporting of offender compliance with the conditions ordered by the court for adjudicated cases.
Types of Cases We Supervise
The primary cases involve driving under the influence or domestic violence. Other cases supervised represent a variety of misdemeanor offenses, which include criminal trespass, non-domestic violence assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession and misdemeanor-level sex offenses.
